1987 to Present: Quality Vacations, Inc. Founder and president of Quality Vacations, Inc., a timeshare development company that also provides consulting services for many of the worlds best known and most successful timeshare companies. Consulting services include innovative problem solving, strategic planning, project startups, points based systems, floating and fixed week programs, club membership and fee simple, sales and marketing reviews, tour generation programs, reservation systems, bonus time, vacation packages, improved use of the exchange programs, unit design, overall resort layout and creation of the enabling language and the public offering statement, in cooperation with legal counsel.

2003 to 2004: Great Links Resorts, LLC. Employed as Manager of Timeshare Operations. Created all the enabling language, the Full Disclosure Brochure and the various programs as required for a new developer.

1999 to 2001: Trendwest Resorts, Inc. Responsible for the acquisition and planning for a new 283 unit WorldMark Resort in Seaside, OR and thereafter Regional Director for Trendwest Resorts' Midwest Region.

1997 to 1998: Shell Vacations LLC at Peacock Suites Resort. Employed as Project Director for a 140 unit timeshare project in Anaheim, California. Responsibilities were to manage, evaluate and reorganize Peacock Suites, putting the project on a firm foundation where financial goals could then be achieved. Marketing and Sales Administration were reorganized and revamped including changing the telemarketing department from a manual system to a predictive dialing system. Over $50,000 in monthly expenses were cut and new vendor agreements were completed enabling an adequate tour flow at an appropriate cost per tour.

1987 to 1997: Quality Vacations, Inc. and The Windjammer Resort. Purchased the development rights and remaining inventory at the Windjammer Resort in Ocean Shores, Washington from a lender client who, by default, owned this timeshare project with high delinquencies and low satisfaction. Community facilities were built, including a pool, spa, an owner's lounge, housekeeping and check in facilities and a resort entrance. Several additional phases were built including lock off units. A new reservation system was implemented which accommodated all types of Windjammer ownership's including, year around float weeks, in season float weeks, fixed weeks and bonus time. The new space management system, including a bulk bank program, increased owner satisfaction, reduced delinquencies to under two percent and utilized ninety eight per cent of the space at the resort. The Windjammer was sold out in 1997.

1982 to 1989: Resort Condominiums International, Inc. (RCI). Employed as a Marketing Director responsible for the sale of RCI products, services and resort affiliations in Texas and the Rocky Mountain States. Rose through the company ranks becoming the National Director of Sales, responsible for achieving and sustaining RCI's dominant market share in North America. Responsibilities included creating and monitoring budgets, development of business plans and proposals, new product introduction and recruiting, hiring, training and managing staff in RCI's International headquarters and regional offices in five major United States cities. Administered and taught the RCI Affiliate Sales Training Program and as RCI's National Director of Sales was responsible for RCI's Key Accounts.

1973 to 1982: The John's Real Estate Corporation. Employed as a salesperson and soon became the Designated Broker, a Director and Vice President. Responsible for creating and placing advertising, sales training, preparation of employment and independent contractor agreements, marketing agreements, reviewing of purchase and closing documents with supervision responsibilities for over 40 people in more than four offices. Introduced timesharing to the company, which ultimately became involved in the sales, marketing, management and ownership of four resorts in the Northwest.

Prior to 1973: Active in Retail, Insurance and Real Estate Sales and Management, have always quickly moved to a management position and since 1970 has professionally focused on timeshare.

Attended the University of Washington and have taught, spoken and participated at over thirty Real Estate and Timeshare Conferences worldwide.
